Reception hours are Monday - Friday 07.30 to 20.00 and Saturday - Sunday 07.30 to 18.00. If the hotel’s reception and the front door are closed, please use the booking’s code for the "hotelomat", an automated check-in machine. You can store any valuables in the safe located at reception and a luggage storage is also available free of charge. Convenient payment by credit cards is on offer by Bankomat and Paybox. For an additional charge there is a washing machine and a dryer available for guests. Please note: the hotel is not accessible for disabled people. Child-care facilities are impressive and the hotel is well-equipped for children. Cots, high chairs and pushchairs are all available free of charge and depending on availability.
The hotel will be closed after 20:00 during the week, and after 18:00 on Saturday and Sunday. Please use your booking number as access code for the hotelomat (electronic reception) in case you arrive later, in order to get the key. Please note: the hotel is not accessible for disabled people.
Our rich breakfast buffet consists of fresh bakery products, an assortment of cold cuts and cheese, pates and bread spreads, cereals, muesli, jams and marmalade, freshly brewed coffee, and a choice of teas, fresh fruits and juices. 2 drink vending machines are available all day long. Furthermore, we can also prepare some pizza snacks during reception hours.
